Parallel Worlds – Parallel Time
In the past, the term parallel reality referred to something that was either spiritual or sci-fi. Today, it is a phenomenon in society and a part of our lives. Creating a parallel reality for specific needs has become a legitimate means to achieve various goals.
Everyone sells their reality for different purposes, as a proxy in war, in the corporate world, in marketing activities or to win elections. They all claim to be the best and support this with hard “facts”. At the same time, the world of technology has shifted from virtual reality to the reality of artificial intelligence, and we are objectively approaching (or have already reached) a moment when human consciousness will not be able to distinguish between what is true and what is false. We cannot hear, see, detect the things that are around us and that speak to us.
This year’s edition of Indigo Festival offers a stroll through various parallel worlds and through lectures, musical performances and talks, it opens up a view of important parallel stories that surround us and significantly affect the categories of time and space in which we reside.
