Gabriele Steffe is the founder of the Nimaš Izbire collective, pushing Ljubljana’s new generation of underground club and electronic music culture since 2019. As a DJ, under the moniker gabi98, he plays with a wide spectrum of left-field electronic music, incorporating internet-inspired scenes with the legacy of rave culture, as well as etno sounds from all over the globe. His selections range from ambient soundscapes to hardcore rave hymns, always infused with a dash of ironic pop references.
At Indigo Festival, he will be joined by DJ and producer msn gf. Despite her genre commitment issues, msn gf remains devoted to the bittersweet drama of forgotten pop ballads, spiced up with cutting-edge contemporary production f. A regular at Ljubljana’s club circuit, she has also performed DJ and live sets at local festivals such as MENT, SONICA, Tresk, Grounded and Spider.
