Rob Giampietro is based in New York. Currently, he is leading brand and creative at Notion, a connected workspace for individuals and teams. Rob has held leadership roles at Google, RISD, Project Projects, and AIGA/NY. In addition, he was Director of Design at MoMA, re-imagining a holistic design system and visitor experience with in-house and agency creative teams across environmental, digital, and retail channels in support of the museum’s historic 2019 reopening.
With recognition from the American Academy in Rome, MacDowell, the Aspen Ideas Festival, and the National Design Awards, Rob’s work focuses on the intersection of design, culture, and technology through strategic inquiry, brand-focused storytelling, and multidisciplinary human-centered design.
Rob’s presentation will go deeper on 2–3 key projects from across his career, gathering lessons from the intersections across these areas of his practice.
